Mezcla 06/07/20 10:31:40 PM #1: | its called makgeolli. basically you take rice, yeast, water, and a thing called "nuruk" which is a bunch of collected fungi, bacteria, and enzymes, and you mixed it all up and let it ferment a week. its easy! hardest part was getting nuruk, but only cuz im asian and i have lots of rice at home so it was the only thing i needed to buy. it went from this to this! i made about a gallon and i drank like a coffee cups worth and im fucking wasted holy shit i think i let it ferment too much CE im GONE --- Sig ...
