The governments are the ones who closed the gyms. The protestors are not the government, they are a subgroup of people protesting against a subgroup of the government. Some of the protestors want the gyms open, some do not..but still feel that this is something worth going into public for. The only thing they really have in common is that they care enough about this issue to get out and protest. Likewise, some of the people who are AGAINST the protestors want the gyms open and some do not. Some of their opinions on COVID-19 will overlap with the COVID-19 opinions of the protestors because it's a separate and unrelated issue.

This really isn't that complicated or deep tbh. Lol
