Topic	Toronto's ridiculous covid-19 reopening rules for restaurants

Next week will be week 3 since we entered stage 2 in BC. We recorded one case in the entire province today. Restaurants seem to be doing ok and plenty of people out on the patios. Are they actually following these ridiculous rules or are those just sort of for show then people get on like normal. I suspect this is what they've been doing at the tennis clubs. --- JOBS!
