I hope everyone would answer yes, although "better" is highly subjective. Lets assume better in this case means more at ease with fellow humans, and understanding how universal suffering is among us all. Lets say that suffering is the root cause of all of these manifestations of unpleasantness. How should a society work to correct this? I argue it can only be done through self examination, be the change. Don't expect a court, or group, to make things better. Take the reigns and better yourself, then maybe, big maybe, you may be in a position to help someone else so the same. The answer is not violence, destruction, and counter oppression. How is this not obvious to more people? Are we so brainwashed? Anyone curious how we may actually do this as individuals?
