Topic	10 years ago, you never would've seen police march with protesters.
The Sock 06/03/20 4:54:26 AM #1:	The fact that so many police departments are kneeling with protesters, talking with them, and marching with them makes me believe that the dark times we are living in now will pass, and that this is a new beginning. 10 years ago, the police never would have done this. 28 years ago (after the Rodney King beating) you didn't see very many white people at all siding with black people. Now, you see lots of whites marching and protesting with black people. These are pretty amazing times we are living in, despite what it looks like on the surface right now.
