You are supposed to have your weight put down other wise its pointless you can see he didn't resist the other officer moving his knee he re adjusted his weight and kept going. Heat of the moment can be a bitch. As said the original case that led to this I feel dude had enough time to realize his knee wasnt where it was supposed to be --- Cid- "looks like that overgrown lobster just got served!"
