They will be rounded up with extreme prejudice and surely convicted. That would be the case with or without a video. No one will try to dig up info on how the officer got speeding tickets when he was 17 or injected marijuana once. All people ask is that the same energy that will go into condemining the driver goes into condeming the murderers and abusers of all citizens. But that exact simple request was denied for all of the 20th century and all of the 21st so far. Exactly. No one wants to see this.
