| Tequilawhatitdo 06/01/20 1:13:24 AM #20: | Guys, I live in Omaha, NE and have for almost 30 years. He is NOT out on bail. He is still in policy custody and will probably be held without bail. James was murdered around 11PM CST on Saturday. I was watching a FB Live of Omaha Scanner and following along on their Twitter when it happened. Earlier today, Sunday, there was a peaceful protest near the murder scene and all ages and races were there. Nobody, outside of the extremists, wanted to see this happen. It happened OUTSIDE of the murderer's bar. It didn't even happen inside. There's no claim of self-defense. Nobody is coming to his defense. He refused to comply with city requests for business owners to stay home because ANY DAMAGE would be covered. It is heartbreaking. Beyond heartbreaking. However, I want to make sure everybody has some key facts: 1.) He was arrested almost immediately 2.) He is still in police custody 3.) He murdered James outside 4.) Nobody is standing by him 5.) The city of Omaha is mourning James and came together earlier Sunday afternoon Stay safe, CE.
