It frees men from having to care about getting women pregnant because they will not be liable regardless of what the woman chooses to do. Those are scenarios that already exist in a world where we already force men to pay child support and there is no reason to think that these kinds of things would skyrocket just because men are given the right to choose whether or not they suffer the consequences of someone else's choice.
