Hopefully getting her dog taken away and losing a good job will teach her not to be a raging bitch and to think twice before she does what could be construed as homicide by cop. It's not going to really change her deep down. Maybe it will, but the most likely effect is that she will probably just hide it better. Losing the dog, work leave without pay and mandatory counciling on her dime to deal with the anger, privilege and racial issues she is harboring. I think it should be that way regarding anyone who exibits this behavior.
