Water is the source of life and implies great power with considerable control, likewise making it unrealistic for bad guys. Earth is noble while obstinate, so while it can be a bad guy Fire is destruction and regeneration, making it an obvious candidate for bad guys focusing on the former and not the latter. --- Irregardless, for all intensive purposes, I could care less. ...
