That's the other issue, DLC that skirts the line of being linked to unfavorable RNG results or even legality issues, with EA being one of the most common answers used by many. There's also the thing with fighting games recently where there's a "fighter pass" DLC equivalent announced before/during the game launch. Usually 4-6 DLC characters per year. While Smash Ultimate generally did it best since it had 70+ characters at launch.. Some games do the DLC thing even with there's only like 20 characters at launch or hell... sometimes even less than that (Granblue VS) --- Congrats to azuarc for winning GotD2 Guru I'm just a guy focused on VNs, fighting games, and other weeb stuff. ...
