What if it's 2 AM and you're asleep, is it under your pillow? If 2+ people break into your home, they will bring guns (duh!), how are you going to drop your pizza slice and grab your unwieldy assault weapon and aim, OR, wake up, reach under your pillow and aim, and neutralize TWO people (or more) with guns. The "home defense" excuse doesn't apply to bigger weapons like that, which, ironically, are the ones the people terrorizing michigan with the "open up" bull shit were brandishing. ...
