| Parappa09 05/17/20 5:59:46 PM #1: | but they dont want to move up, become a manager or progress in their job i get that some promotions may not be worth the stress. especially those which will barely give you a pay rise. but in the longer term it might be worth it im not smart at all nor am i talented in the field that im working in. my background and upbringing didnt really gear me towards having that type of drive by having happiness + success defined by status and titles i guess im just envious about not feeling like i have a good career compared to a lot of my friends who are doing better. and just want like im good at doing something --- ...
