So I ended up saying fuck it and farming Redd until I finished the art section of my museum, I hit the 300 day Nook Mile achievement (and went past it for at least another 20 runs) and I hadnt done any TT before so someone who has been playing since Day 1 can do the exact math but thats well over 200 runs on Redd for sure. Even with that I was still missing one real statue so I just went and traded and extra real statue I picked up for it because I was fed up. I also had about 5 real paintings before this that I never checked if they showed up during my farming. So yeah, even with 2 visits per month (if youre lucky) thats gotta be over 10 years if you do it legit, absolutely terrible design choice from the devs.

The good thing is in the process Mira decided to leave finally and in 10 tickets of searching I came across 3 money rock islands and eventually settled for bringing Julia in since I need a snooty and she has a fairly unique design for the ostrichs (shes a Peafoul/Peacock)

My island is absolutely overrun with weeds now though
