I mean like there is like literally video evidence or something similar. I mean where its literally impossible they are innocent. Death penalties would be rare with this. But some people don't deserve to live but i can agree I dont like risking executing innocents either. For example though there is plenty of video footage of prisoners killing or attempting to kill someone in prison.
