according to your posts, the entire cast is a balance disaster that needs a sledgehammer nerfs and reworks, even the bad characters

Those, imo, sound like fair adjustments that won't put Pichu back to pre-patch levels but would help the character out since he's suppose to be a glass cannon that's probably more glass than cannon at this point.

i agree that pichu is in a "marth situation" but i don't think dramatically buffing him is reasonable when he's an upper mid-tier at the absolute worst (i think only size and t-jolt self-damage buffs are reasonable)
i think a size reduction is reasonable, but a mobility buff is just a huge universal buff to everything the character does even if they decide to keep him as the ultimate glass canon

but who knows, with how nintendo keeps buffing the shotos for no reason pichu has a chance
