You arent catching feelings so much as looking for a vehicle for self-gratification. A lot of people confuse that for love. Its also why a lot of them cheat. Honest love, external love, is a love of giving. You love yourself, as a given, and so you love those in whom you invest. All youve done here is hurt someone you supposedly have feelings for.
