They sound like something out of a 90s B movie, and its very convenient that he would happen to say something that justifies Zimmermans self-defense. The evidence backs up the claims and makes it likely. Either way the point is moot. It's innocent until proven guilty. Not guilty until proven innocent. You going "Well if we ignore the evidence you can't prove this happened." means Zimmerman is still not guilty by default.
