Oh wow. All that evidence clearing his name and people still think he should be in prison?? Sounds like a witch hunt that backfired. Why the heck would people insist on putting an innocent man in jail?

People would rather continue the myths and lies than admit fault.

People like TC do not want to admit they got duped by the media or by clickbait online. They don't want to come to terms with being mistaken about something, especially something they sunk costs into claiming.

There's a reason they won't respond to basic points, questions or facts

So when reality doesn't match it, reality is at fault. Not them.

You see the same thing with anti-vaxxers, evolution deniers, a lot of Trump supporters etc.

"My inauguration crowd was bigger than Obamas."
"No it factually was not."
"Fake news. Check out this video on how libs are stoopid!"

"Zimmerman murdered someone"
"No he factually didn't."
"Llalllalalala Check out this CNN video on how racists are stoopid!"

"We never actually landed on the moon."
"Yes we factually did."
"Liar! Look at this video that shows the prop guys initials on this rock!"

"Corona Virus is actually caused by 5G"
"No it's factually a virus."
"Sheep! check out this blog about a scientist who was murdered before his breakthrough that proved it"

It's the same thing.

tl:dr: Close mindedness.
