But political figures trying to use this crisis as a way to fundamentally change this country, it's going to evoke a response like what your seeing. I think an overwhelming majority of people were completely fine with the quarantine for 2-4 weeks to flatten the curve, but so far it's just been the government continually moving the goal posts. "2 weeks, no 4 weeks, well, no add 6 more weeks on to that, maybe in 2022? maybe never at this rate, who knows? " That's making people anxious.If they said "OK 6 months", would people suddenly be ok with it? I know they wouldn't because these protesters think we should have just washed our hands for a few weeks and got back to normal. The truth is no one does really know, so there isn't a hard date on anything. It's a day-to-day situation, but I guess people should just start making up dates so idiots stop being paranoid?
