I mean kinda? I'm going based on memory but there was this guy who was into children but finally found this woman who was in her mid-20's but just looked really young based on her genetics. So they actually had a working relationship that wasn't illegal. Stabler sees them being affectionate, knows this woman is of age, and still tries to arrest him/manhandles him. Benson pulls him off and is like "He's not doing anything illegal" and Stabler's like "It's still disgusting!"
Most of the episode was about the woman not being able to live like a normal woman because of how young she looked I think? It's been a while.
