| Anteaterking 04/30/20 6:16:34 PM #1: | I think it really acts as an indicator of normalcy and is a present physical reminder of isolation, etc. A lot of times when people lose control, they zero in on particular things that make them feel like they have agency in their lives. You can essentially be in denial about many of the restrictions in your life that don't come up day to day like not being able to go to the movie theater. But your hair is something that's physically there all the time as a reminder and feels like something you should have power over. I don't know, I was also laughing at people bringing that up before, but I kind of get it. Not enough to demand everything re-open, but I get it. --- ... Copied to Clipboard! |
