Definitely doctor worthy. You probably won't die from whatever you currently have (and even if you do catch covid, as a teenager your death chances are remarkably low) but the nerve aspect is definitely something to get looked at if not also the ear issue. Ear could be a wax buildup, an infection, or possibly, both.
