Topic	do ppl actually drink milk

On average it was 1/2 - 3/4 of a gallon but sometimes I would literally drink over a gallon of milk in a day I recently stopped cold turkey a few months ago and wow. I never knew I could shit this good? And my acne has significantly reduced?? Why did no one tell me this earlier??? ~~lol~~ Also my weight has never dropped so fast and Ive never been this unbloated.
