He only surrounds himself with people who protect him so he knows he faces no consequences. He carries no responsibility for his actions and shows no sympathy. Maybe if he fucked up only a handful of times would I call him stupid. But we're beyond that, he does this shit intentionally and he knows people suffer because of him. Not to mention the murders, atrocities, assaults, and terrorism committed in his name.
