He did not say to do it no, but he wondered out loud if it were possible. Even in your quote as proof he did that clear as fucking day. That's like wondering out loud if you could put out a house fire by having a lone guy run in and and drop and roll all over the fire. It doesn't matter if he suggested it or not, wondering out loud something so stupid is all it takes.

Oh and he's now backtracking and saying he was joking, so this topic to defend him no longer works because he is admitting he said it but sarcastically.
