Topic	Lockdowns aren't working well enough. I want to see strict stay at home orders.

People are only suppose to be doing that right now, so they might not care. Some places are even giving out ticket to people who are out at certain times without going anywhere essential. But it would be hard to tell if they are or not without following them. And we don't have enough people to follow every person outside. Some places also have curfews.
