Some say unnecessary since economy was already doing good and it would sort of over heat the economy, but it led to rallies in wallstreet since a lot of companies used the extra money to buy back their shares and that ups the prices. --- Mas dicen, que en las dimensiones de nuestro ser... hay muchos detalles por conocer... ...
