Topic	Anyone here take sleeping aids?

My doctor finally prescribed Clonidine and that seems to be the best thing for me, but even that has started to stop working the longer I take it. If a problem you have is a wandering mind that keeps you up, get a white noise maker. Every time you feel your mind start to wander, focus back on the sound.
