It works both ways. Either watch pornography and realize it's fictional and it's just actors and actresses playing a role and don't compare yourselves to it. Or if you can't, then don't watch it.

I've pretty much given it up 100% except if my wife and I are watching one together for fun and then we are both pointing out the ridiculousness of it and both having a good laugh.
