Not as many people fishing, but I've seen a few. Which is fine since they are pretty far from everyone else. And you can still play outside in someone's backyard, assuming it's big enough...

Anything really. At work it's gardening or landscaping. Beaches, hiking trails, parks, there's a ton of room. If you can reasonably doubt friends are carriers then what's wrong with some small team sports? You can't get sick if nobody has it. I get that indoor recreation probably isn't ready for large crowds so that'll come in due time.
