Feminism does address men's concerns though, and it discusses how patriarchy harms men too.
For example, men's self esteem about their bodies is harmed by the bodies shown in pornography, like the amount of men with penis insecurity is astounding and it teaches men that if their bodies arent like the bodies in porn then theyll "never satisfy anyone".
There's also the pressures on men to perform masculinity, where expressing feelings and being sensitive is bullied out of them by either folk in their school growing up, by their families, and from the messages all of our media sends out, and as a result we get men filled with self hatred for "failing" at masculinity and narcissistic men too. Why are successful suicide rates higher with men? Because men aren't allowed healthy ways of outletting their emotions because of whats ingrained and it can become too much. There's other factors too but thats a big part of it.
