Sweating is your bodies natural mechanism to achieve homeostasis, stopping it is not what mother nature intended, try shaving off your pit hairs to stay cool instead. I did this, it's pretty comfy. Doesn't necessarily stop sweating but it stops you from having a mass of sweaty stinky hair in your pits.
