Right, it may be necessary in New York. Where i live, theres a lot of open space so i could just go walk outside right now with no mask and no fear of getting the virus.

I still believe outside to be too vague though. Sure, you are right and Im sure theres areas outside that are crowded. But i just imagine being outside in an open park where there is clearly enough space for everyone to distance, are they really going to enforce the rule then?

Id just like some more structure to these new rules, you gotta think through these questions people are obviously going to ask.

Right now its like Cuomo is a man running around like his hair is on fire everyone wear masks always, no exceptions! Dude is losing credibility quickly.
