Even tried SSN with and without the dashes in case that mattered.

Same exact shit is happening to me. I've owed money for the last few years (haven't filed 2019 yet), so I don't even know if they would have my direct deposit information on file, but the website can't determine my eligibility anyway. I don't care if they do a deposit or a check, but I'd like to know.

Meanwhile my roommate got his deposit today. Great stuff.
