Topic	Best way to control hunger besides water?
KillerSlaw 04/14/20 9:53:19 PM #12:	I know this is going to sound rough, but just stop eating cold turkey at 5 pm. It's rough at first, but after about 3 to 5 days it will become normal. Alternatively, a 24 hour fast basically got me used to a 5 pm stop time for eating immediately.
