I like how it's a PSA about speeding, not something serious like DUI I lived in England for a couple of years and speeding on their roads is actually a big deal. A ton of the roads are narrow as hell, not straight, lined by tree walls and deep ditches, and have a ton of blind turns. Not going the speed limit carries a lot more risk as opposed to the states where going 60 in a 50 might just get you a warning because you can see everything for miles. --- *runs out of topic naked* ...
