I beat a shrine before talking to a Moki who wanted me to investigate said shrine, and the quest wouldn't clear once I went back so it stayed on my map forever. PC version. Same here. Fortunately it doesn't effect the completion percentage, but it was annoying having it sitting there on the map. --- I use Google...
