I'm arguing what's yet to be proven, and can you say you really know exactly what the devices are outputting at all times and that there have been no modifications whether with the physical hardware or a change in frequency (if the devices are capable of that?). I remember when the virus thing hit, cell companies started activating empty unused satellite hardware to expand the reach of cell signals and keep speeds running efficiently for the increased activity from everyone staying home all day.
