The one upside to this shit (and I know it isn't an upside really) is that any future attempt to sell, cut,or fuck the NHS won't stand.
I'd like to be that positive, but I feel they will just use the "clap for the NHS" to show that they really do care for us while continuing the same practises they have before hand all while making people think "Oh the Tories really DO care about the NHS!" all the while we are left underfunded, understaffed and without equipment. Already the workload is wearing on me and many other nurses, so hopefully all these new hospitals they are building/converting help and leave a lasting impact that we need this sort of thing in general and shouldn't constantly be on "Barely coping" threadline that just general flu or Norovirus bends us over on.

People can say they want to support it, and clap for us, but if we go back to mild indifference afterwards then just fucked again next time.

Either way, despite any negative stuff I've said about Boris' handling of this in the past, I don't want him (or anyone I disagree with) to die from this. He may be a shit stain whose own idiocy had him catch it to begin with, but doesn't mean he needs to die.
