Some punk who worked for the bad guy's underling's underling's underling learns where the Magical Creation Guffin that gave the bad guy his power is and goes to find it. He never does, but the good guys lose to him anyway. Since he never found it, he goes home and the whole thing might as well have not happened except the heroes are dead. Then, as he's leaving the ice cave where he was sure it was, we see it glowing under the ice right where he was standing and the screen says TO BE CONTINUED, except there are actually no plans to ever continue because this movie is gonna flop like a skinny kid on the blob at camp.
