You can make real food pretty easily. Buy the following:

* bag of frozen chicken tenderloins
* Several bags of frozen vegetables (corn, green beans, whatever you prefer, but at least one bag of mixed veggies)
* Bag of russet potatoes
* Onions
* Carrots
* Celery
* Parmesan cheese
* Heavy whipping cream
* Eggs
* Rice
* Egg noodles
* Chicken broth
* Soy Sauce
* Teriyaki Sauce
* Marinade of your choice or shake n bake
* Curry Mix
You can easily make

1) Baked chicken with mashed potatoes and veggies
2) Chicken Fried Rice
3) Chicken Curry
4) Chicken Noodle Soup
5) Creamy cheesy chicken and rice

Not to mention that you'll have leftover veggies that are perfect for snacking on. And you can easily make all those meals, for one person, with a single bag of frozen chicken.
I have almost all these ingredients already. So that is good
