Right now? Maybe not because I'm expecting to move up with a ~30%ish increase in pay in a year. But in general yeah I'd take a lateral move with a shorter commute and 20k increase.
yeah im underpaid for what i am doing now but it's b/c i was hired with no direct experience for the role I am doing, i had to learn a lot on the job
