Just because I'm trying to look for any kind of "light at the end of the tunnel" on all of this, what is reasonably the best, most likely scenario for the next several months? Like, if a vaccine is still 1.5 years away, what can really happen? I don't see how we can sustainably stay locked down for the next year and a half, but if we don't, we can't control the virus, right? I definitely think trying to reopen stuff in early April is too soon, but even if we stay locked down through, like, May, will that really do anything? Even if we can flatten the curve in the next few months, won't it just start spreading again when we come out of lock down?
