The infection here isn't close to peaking. Trump opening the country before it peaks leads to delaying the peak, infecting, and probably killing a hell of a lot more people that would have gotten infected/killed if he just kept things closed. Furthermore, the second hospitals get overwhelmed the market will crash far faster than it did while things were closed.
