| Zikten 03/25/20 3:04:46 PM #48: | one thing I sometimes do with ramen once the noodles are boiling, drop in some eggs and then either just let it cook whole, or scramble it really fast cause it will cook rapidly as soon as it touches the water. if you stir it up as soon as you drop the eggs in, they will turn into basically scrambled eggs mixed around the noodles. then sometimes I also add hot sauce like sriracha which can find in the ethnic aisle at most grocery stores ...
