As I said it ended up 47-47 (48-46 before McConnell flipped to no to preserve a procedural maneuver that allowed him to have today's re-vote.) The 6 non-voting Senators were the 5 Republican Senators in self-quarantine and Sanders. Today's vote was the result of the procedural maneuver McConnell left open for himself with last night's vote. According to Senate.gov, today's vote is literally a reconsideration of yesterday's vote. So like I said, Bernie missed one vote where his vote was irrelevant while getting the message out to the people on what the Democrats should/would do! The Democrats need to be following Bernie's lead on this, because all of the headlines right now say some form of "Dem's voted against help". --- Phantom Dust.
