Honest question but how old are you? The world isn't ending, this will end, but you are being a bit delusional to this situation. If I had to guess just base on what I've been reading, most places will probably feel a little normal by June. For places like New York City, the places that will have large numbers of infected, this could last until the Fall. I'm 32. You've already assumed that you're 100% correct and I'm 100% full of shit and any evidence I have to support it is lies and fairy tales. So we'll just have to see what happens. No one knows for sure.
