From my own health's perspective? 1 for sure. But it can disturb me in more ways than my health. Like, I study physics, currently doing an experimental project, which is at this point fully at hold and looking to push back my entire education, if the University is reopening in a couple of months, as they believe. I mean, we'll get around that, I'm not the only one either, but I believe everyone should be at least a bit worried for themselves too.
Sounds like its time to switch to theory...!
